Refund Policy

At TableTales, we are committed to providing high-quality board games and ensuring your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, our refund policy is as follows:

Game Cancellations:

If you cancel your board game order within 7 days of purchase and the game has not been opened or used, you are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made 3 to 6 days after purchase are eligible for a 50% refund if the game is still sealed and unused.

Cancellations made more than 6 days after purchase or if the game has been opened or used are non-refundable.

Defective or Damaged Games:

If you receive a defective or damaged board game, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will offer either a replacement or a full refund based on your preference and the availability of stock.

Opened or Used Games:

If you have opened or used the board game and are not satisfied with it, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. We may offer a store credit or exchange depending on the condition of the game and the issue.

Pre-Orders:

Pre-ordered board games can be canceled for a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 7 days before the release date.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the release date are non-refundable, but store credit or exchanges may be available.
