If You Believe Your Content Was Taken Down by Mistake

If you believe that your content was removed by mistake, you can file a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include the following:

• A description of the content that was removed and where it was located on our platform.
• Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake.
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of a U.S. federal court and agree to accept legal service from the complainant.
• Your signature (physical or digital).

What Happens After We Receive Your Counter-Notification?

Once we receive your counter-notification, we will send it to the original complainant. If no legal action is filed within 10–14 days, we may restore the content.
